Permit rules
QuotaCave tours are limited to 16 people per tour and sell out daily, especially on holidays and weekends. The ticket purchase time is the scheduled hike start time at the trailhead.

TransferTickets are tied to a specific tour date and start time; cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time for a refund.
SafetyThe 1.5-mile paved trail is strenuous, rising about 1,092 feet to roughly 6,730 feet elevation; allow about 3.5 hours round-trip for the hike and hour-long tour.
