Permit rules
QuotaDay-use permits are required June 15-Oct 15 at 19 of 79 trailheads in the Mt. Jefferson, Mt. Washington, and Three Sisters Wilderness areas, including Obsidian, Green Lakes/Soda Creek, and Pamelia Lake.
GroupMaximum group size is 12 people per reservation.
Fees$1 per person, for each outing (nonrefundable reservation fee). Some trailheads charge additional day-use parking fees.
TransferPermits are issued under one reservation for the named group.
